Job Title Project ManagerBusiness Analyst Location Galveston, TX xxxx5 Work Schedule 8 AM ndash 5 PM M ndash F 40 hours per week Project Manager Business Analyst for Population Health Analytics Project DESCRIPTION Our Client is working on a major data warehousing and analytic effort around patient population health. We are seeking a project managerbusiness analyst to lead the gathering of requirements, creation of technical specifications and coordination of the project team to implement use cases in our enterprise analytic environment. The project team is 8+ staff with a diverse skill set of subject matter and technical expertise. The project managerBA role will create a strong connection with the businesscustomer and ensure predictable project delivery and consistent stakeholder communications. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent work experience required 4+ years related work experience 2+ year experience with SQL and relational databases Experience in data warehousingBI and dimensional modeling projectslifecycle Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements 2+ years in technical project management REQUIRED SKILLS Ability to deal effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to manage and coordinate a technical project team Ability to develop effective working relationships both in person and via phoneemail with all levels of the organization (i.e. Clinicians, Administrators, Executives, Directors, Developers, Operations, etc.) Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, fluently in English Ability to be careful and thorough about details Ability to be detailed and complete in requirements specification and documentation Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
